Unified Development Code
The primary purpose of the project is to comprehensively review and update the City’s individual development-related ordinances into a unified, well-coordinated set of regulations. This new set of regulations will be referred to as the Unified Development Code (UDC). This project will resolve conflicts and inconsistencies within and among the existing ordinances and implement the policies and directions of the City’s recently adopted Comprehensive Plan.
