Heritage Fiber Guild

Founded in 2007 by a core group that included spinners, weavers, knitters and tatters, this guild was established to give us all inspiration, bring speakers to the fiber community and allow us opportunities to explore all aspects of the world of fiber.

Since that time, the Heritage Fiber Guild has learned about color exploration, how to get the most pattern details from materials, cotton's history and how it grows and is processed into yarns and materials, learned about making paper and creating bowls from the pulp, learned more about knitting and beading and there's still so much more to learn and do!

The Heritage Fiber Guild is a hands-on program to whet your appetite and give you a chance to try something new!

The GAC is proud to host the Heritage Fiber Guild's meetings! Come join them the 1st Saturday of the month from 10:30AM-12:30PM!
